Oraquick oral test

So I had unprotected vaginal (I'm a female). This was someone I was in a relationship with. We both were going to go get tested together...more for my sake cause I had never gone. He said he had been tested two times before and both negative. So he was going to go basically for me to be more comfortable. The first time unprotected was April 16. The second time was around end of April and the last time was May 9th. I wasn't really worried about it until after we broke up and I realized I never actually saw test results and how stupid I was. He is not a promiscuous person and was in a 4 year relationship before me and claims she was the only person he had ever slept with and they lost their virginity to each other. Well I took an oral quick oral home test June 22 which was 6 weeks (44 days) after last possible exposure. Everything came out a clear negative. I guess my question is would this be a pretty good indication of my status? I will be testing at the gyno when I go. I have never had any symptoms until I started to worry. The test would have been over 9 weeks from the first exposure. I try not to worry because I feel the odds he has it are low. I asked him after my test about his testing and he said he was negative and he would have told me if he had it. Should I really worry a whole lot about this? Is the oraquick a good indication being as it was the last exposure with the same person? I know they say 3 months but I know that it may be able to detect earlier.

Yes a good indication but not conclusive.. The oraquick tests for antibodies.. You tested on the 44th day mark.. I take on a more conservative view on this following the CDC guidelines.. Well.. A negative at this point of time is a good indicator. But please do an a/b test at the 12th week to rule it out completely.. Be well..
