Okay I think I might have the worst case of the worries right now! I took an Oral oraquick advance test in February of 2016 8 months after exposure with ex boyfriend... It came back negative. I haven't had any risk since, I began to get worried again after reading some stories online about accuracy, so I took another oral oraquick test along side an oraquick finger prick blood test a little past a year since last risky encounter. BOTH OF THOSE CAME BACK NEGATIVE. The councilor told me that she's train in giving these test, that if anyoen could find a faint line it would be her she's been giving test for years so I was pretty confident in my results. I took a picture of my results and went on with my day feeling like a weight has been lifted off of my shouldesr... But then I decided to zoom in on my results and I could see like this really faint grey looking, microscopic line on my oraquick blood test. It's a faint grey shadow or something and then I went to look at my swab test which didn't have any faint grey lines, just one strong negative C line. My worry was back and I began googling and I found out that I wasn't alone that a few other ppl saw the same thing on theirs and not to worry because it was probably the evaporation line that they still tested negative. I asked my ex once again if he had anything and when he was last tested, he said no and sent me a picture of his test results which was dated a month after dating me and it was non reactive. I know his status and I've shown other ppl the grey shadow line and they've all told me they don't see anything. Yet I'm still scared of having 3 false negative test . HOW ACCURATE ARE THESE TEST ANY WAYSSSS! I don't want this issue to pop up later in my life as a positive. It's been a year and I'm worried ! I'll post pictures ! Please go look at them.
