Over-worried or realistic worries on HIV risk?

Greetings,

Upon a surge of curiosity, I went to a commercial sex worker but I only ask for a whole body massage which involved both of us naked. We did kiss each other on different body parts except the genital areas which should be regarded as no risk for HIV after reading the FAQ from the website. We did also suck on to each other nipple (with me being male sucking more roughly and her gently licking over mine) I'm not sure if there should be any concern on that at all. The part I concern most is that the lady gave me fair bit of mammary intercourse which involve my penis (without condom) rubbing in between her breasts (which is still considered to be skin-to skin contact only) but there are a 2-3 occasions that she/I deliberately rubbing my head of penis against her nipple (briefly about 5-10s max each time) which is the part I concern the most. I didn't notice any obvious nipple discharge but if considering there is and she is HIV+ve. I would kindly like to enquire if there is a risk of hiv transmission, even miniscue, that should warrant me the test? I am not a very sexually active person myself, and I feel a bit regretful of doing so as well. Hope you hear from you soon. Thanks in advance

Kind Regards,

J

I know about the "risk-free" theory about ingestion of breast milk but adult but what'bout contact with uretha, since they are of different structure? (muscous membrane of uretha). Sorry for the follow up questions, just trying to rationalize myself over the fear

Well I ain't entirely confident with myself, and I think my fear has also creeped in, so I am in need of some extra-reassurance with no even need to think abt the test.

Btw, the whole process involved quite signficant amount of massage oil on my penis (head/shaft) and on her body  (including nipples). I heard that the virus would "de-activated" when it's contacted with any medium except body fluid so considering this fact, would this further reduce my risk if there's actual breast discharge into my uretha? Thanks again Vance. You're giving me much help here

If you had no risk then why would you need to test?

Vance,

With ur profound experience on this forum and knowledge about HIV transmission, should I go tested based on the situation above or it's just for my own comfort of mind?

thank you
