P24 antigen and HIV

when is the p24 antigen useful?  I am asking this because I had sex with a condom and it broke....the person I am seeing said that she had a full test 5 months ago(that does not mean anything right) anyway I went to my doctor to see if I could get on PEP and she told me no, because they were some adverse risk?  anyways she said that she was gong to do a P24 antigen test and other std's...Shouldn't I have a say if I wanted the treatment...for the PEP...anyways know I am freaking out...because I have been talking to this girls for almost two months and this is the first time that I had intercourse with her...

PS
Please Teak...do not delete my account or tell me I am going crazy....I learned my lesson from last time and I am using condoms...

So I was talking to the girl, that the accident happened with, yes I have used comdom and it broke...so she told me that she had a myriad of test run five months ago and she said there was nothing wrong with her...no std's or HIV's ...she said that the last time she had sex was in January but she made her partner wear a condom....I don't know If I believe her...I started taking PEP at 48 hours as precaution because I really don't know...I am really truly freaking out...

PS
I only knew the condom broke after I would say 20 minutes of deep thrusting....is this considered a one time experience...can I get HIV from her if did more than once...in other words... the lights were out and I changed position you know it was doggy style and then missionany..all why being inside her...I am truly freaking out right now..

if your condom broke and you have unprotected vaginal/anal penetration, then you are at risk for HIV.

End of the 1st week to the end of the 4th week. P24 tests are not stand alone tests.
