PCR & Antibody test

Hi @ all,

I had a broken condom exposure with a sex worker in Vietnam now 9 weeks ago. :-(
In the meantime I had a PCR RNA after 13 days and after 23 days. I also hat Antibody/antigen tests after 12, 23, 28 amd 51 days. I know I have to wait until week 12 or 13 weeks but I was wondering how high my rest risk would be?

It is unlikely that your test results will change at this point, but of course, follow up with a final test at 3 months for a conclusive result.

Is that true that the 7 week test rules out my ARS symptoms I felt after 3 weeks? I had a slight fever and nightsweats and a swollen lymph node on my neck for about 3-4 days.

Hello Guys,

I just want to make a short update.

After all these tests I got tested again at 70 and at 84 days.

In the meantime I met a nice girl and we started a relationship. So far we only had protected sex but I'm a little afraid that i might put her at some risk if we start to have sex without condom? Can I be as confident as it could be that I dont put her at risk??
By the way she is def.HIV negativ, I saw her HIV test.
