PCR RNA and AB tests

I have been sick for more than 8 weeks now. I had cold symptoms after 2 weeks of the unprotected sex. After 6 weeks of the possible exposure I swollen lymph nodes around my neck and really small in some part of my body as groin and armpit area. I have muscle pain, strong headache, white tongue (that is not thrush), and eye discharge. I have done 3 antibody test( after 4, 6, and 8 weeks) and PCR RNA HIV1 test( after 5 weeks)

I know I have really strong fear and anxiety but would that cause all my symptom especially lymph nodes ?!
Are my tests conclusive?
Please help I have to my status so I can focus on my coming school exams

Typical HIV don't last that long thought, and a test is only conclusive 3 months post-exposure. What was your exposure btw?
