PCR Viral Load Test

Do you know if a PCR quantitative Viral Load test that comes negative after 15th day is Ok? I heard from Docs that this test can catch the infection on the next day... Is this true or i need to follow up with more tests?

You are correct on both counts. HIV is not transmitted outside of its host, period. You had no risk! Stop worrying.

Is this because the virus does not survive outside the condom or in my hands during the elapsed time? The time difference was about 2 min.

You never had a risk and you didn't need testing let alone an incorrect test.

I did the test based on the recommendation of the infectologist as i was quite anxious for an early response. The Doctor said i didnt need testing but as i was too anxious, this would help.
I am basically affraid of an indirect contact. After i withdrew my penis from the rectum of my partner i masturbated myself with the same condon still on my penis. I had few scrapes on my penis and i touched those scraps with the same hand that touched the condom that was used during penetration. What are your thoughts on the risks here?

PCR tests are not diagnostic tests for HIV. They are used to count the viral load in patients who are confirmed HIV positive. The only test that can diagnose HIV is an antibody test. You had no reason to get a PCR test. If you're concerned you may have contracted HIV, have an HIV antibody test at 3 months after your last unprotected exposure and your result will be conclusive.
