PEP do's and don'ts

Dear Doctor,
4 nights ago i had sex with a prostitute here in Thailand. I was extremely drunk and therefore not my usual wary self.  I had intercourse with her but never ejaculated and also was wearing a condom. However in my drunken state i gave her oral sex. Licking and sticking my tongue into her vagina. I went to the doctor about 52 hours later and he gave me PEP medication, combid and stocrin. I tested negative for HIV 1 & 2 on the initial blood test and have no other symtoms (symptoms).  But he said that i wont be fully clear until after the 6 month test. He said not to worry but i am a big worrier anyway. How at risk am I?

Also he said i cannot consume alcohol for a month. How strict is this? As i have been looking forward to this holiday for over 2 years and only have one month left.  Is it possible to smoke Cannibas while on PEP medication? He never said and i forgot to ask.
