Are HIV associated PGL swollen lymph nodes symmetrical?  And can they only be in the head and neck, or would they always be spread throughout?

well thanks for that! Real helpful!  My risk is incredibly low, but considering my symptoms, which I already know can NEVER be relied upon, is NOT 'no-risk'.  It is possible that I could have contracted HIV from the situation I describe and so your notice is invalid.  And
