PLEASE HELP ME!!!! I'm going crazy for the ORAL EXPOSURE!!!!!!!!!! ToT

At first,I believed that there was no risk of receiving an oral sex. But yesterday,I just saw a gay man stated that he got HIV from the only exposure of ORAL SEX in this website!!!! Is that true?? He said he had been diagnosed by the WB!!!! I'm thinking that maybe I'm the second one who gets HIV from ORAL SEX!!!! Although I had tested DUO at 4 and 6 weeks,NEGATIVE...But now,I can't move on any more!!!!!!
Because there's a cut on my foreskin(because of the circumcision),but it's absolutely NOT that kind of wound which can bleed, but sometimes sting if i touch it.And I saw no blood on my penis or her mouth(maybe i was not aware of that?..) If she is POZ,am I at a big risk??!!! I'm only 17,I'm crying in my bed,I can't even sleep or eating,I quarrel with my parents...I'm freakin out!!!!!!!!
PLEASE HELP ME...
1.The man said he got HIV from oral sex in this website. Is that true?
2.Should I have further test??
3.Two weeks before i had the oral exposure,I had a protected sex with a random girl..I'm afaid that when i moved the condom,my foreskin(you konw..cut..)might touch the fluid.. RISK???
If if if I'm fine,i will clean my heart and soul and never find a girlfriend.Be alone, and masturbate if i have some needs.Maybe i won't have sex any more,it's toooooooooooooo dangerous and horrible!!!!!
OH MY DEAR FRIENDS.........
can i MOVE ON???......I'm very very very confused with the info on the internet...some say low risk and some no risk...

Well then get tested, when you get your negative results, believe them.  If at that point you still can't believe it, you need to seek professional help.

Do you know how many people have said, "I am going to be the first?".  As I said again, those of us regulars, who have been posting here for many many years collectively, have NEVER seen one person become pos, even after high risk activities, like unprotected anal sex M2M.

You will be negative.  Until you get your test results, there is little more we can say to you to make you confident that what we say is true.

Touching geital secretions, getting your partner's secretions on any part of your body, even with cuts/scrapes present is NOT a risk.  Transmission has to happen INSIDE the body (as in anal or vaginal sex).

As for the condom, as long as the head of your penis remained covered during the insertive sex you were protected.

Oops, forgot to mention:

Actually i believe he later informed DR HOOK of the tests and it was clarified that it was not a WB.

Then he never had a confirmatory test.  One cannot be diagnosed with HIV without a confirmatory WB to verify infection.  There are lots of people who have had false pos results, only to have a neg WB, ruling out infection.

I find it suspicious that he never came back to update his threads either.  He would know by now if he had HIV or not.  The fact he hasn't posted tells me that either he lied, or he tested negative and didn't want to face the forum again after making such a scene, getting people in an uproar.

I am convinced i will be the 1st person to get HIV via saliva.

This is based soley on real symptoms i have and timescales, even after my anxiety is controlled.

I dont want this guy to have HIV but i hope the result is shared with the community for reassurance or warnings. I fear its too late for me but im hoping otherwise. Muscle aches and joint pains stopped me from going to work. Flu symptoms still present.

Like APMJ said, there were inconsistencies in this guy's stories.  There will always be a person or two or decides to tell tall tales, for whatever reason.  Either to be mean spirited and scare people, or to protect themselves from people finding out they had an exposure they might be embarassed about (ie male to male anal).

Those of us who have been regulars here for years have NEVER seen even ONE poster come back to report they got infected, by ANY exposure. That speaks volumes.  This forum is VERY active with huundreds of new posters asking questions each month.

If oral sex was a risk, just about everyone in the world would be infected by now, and there would be thousands of new cases reported every day.  There have been extensive studies, among serodiscordant partners (where one is + and one isn't.)  They were studied over a period of many many years (a decade), and after that period, and after those partners only engaged in unprotected oral sex, not ONE negative partner tested POS.  You can't ignore that kind of scientific research.

Oral sex is not a risk.

Don't compare your case to this another guy.

1) First of all, you state your risk was a single incident of INSERTIVE oral sex (you got your penis sucked), As far as I know, this risk is theoretical (people in these forums will tell you this is "no risk"). In the other hand, the guy had THREE instances of unprotected RECEPTIVE oral sex (he sucked someone's else penis). This is a different situation. Most sources will tell you this is a "low risk" to "very low risk" situation.

2) You have two consecutive negative tests, being the second one at the 6th week mark where virtually everyone will have a positive if infected.

So if you combine 1) and 2), you will see your case is not the same as that guy and you are worried over nothing. SPECIALLY because of your 6th week negative (!)

ps. btw, the guy didn't confirm if his Western Blot test came back positive.

Hey, I just want you to know that I freaked out also when I read this persons thread yesterday and I brought up the same concerns. Here is a link to my post which is similar to yours:
http://www.medhelp.org/posts/show/1700418?camp=watch_list
I did notice that the same person posted in this forum stating that he didn't get his western blot test yet but just the day before he told the Dr's in the expert forum that his western blot was positive. We cannot really know whether this person is lying about aquiring HIV but from what the volunteer's and experts tell us here at MedHelp, if infact this person did become HIV positive, it was not from oral sex it would have been through unprotected penetrative sex. Believe me I worried just like you did but we have to trust what the experts say, that is why they're here. In my own opinion, when somebody tells two different stories about their WB test etc.. Something to me just doesn't add up. Read my link and see for yourself because we are told here that we were never at risk for HIV from oral sex. I highly doubt that all of these experts and people in the HIV field here on MedHelp would collectively agree that oral sex does not transmit HIV if there was any reason to believe it does pose a risk. Let's trust what they have to say as opposed to what an unknown person is claiming online. I hope you read the link above and feel at ease, I don't want you to worry about it as I did. Neither you or myself, have been infected with HIV via oral sex. If we have protected intercourse, be anal or vaginal, than we have nothing to worry about. If it'll make you feel better, you can test when you are outside the 3 month window period just for that peace of mind and closure. I may do the same and I'm certain that the results will be negative.
