PLEASE I NEED HELP.

Hello Doctor.
I live in Pakistan. There are not many HIV cases present at the moment here. I had an encounter with a transsexual worker. We both kissed and gave each other blowjobs. I did feel pre-cum in my mouth and accidentally swolled it but after that I left her and we did not do anything.
I tested 4 days after exposure it was negative and again i tested 47 days after exposure it was 0.09 negative, It should be more than 1 to be positive.
I also did a CBC test after 55 days of exposure and everything was normal.
But its been almost 70 days now i had swollen lymph nodes in neck and very tiny ones in groin which i developed 10 days after exposure. IM NOT SURE IF I DEVELOPED THE ONES IN GROIN, THEY MAYBE NORMAL BECAUSE THEY ARE LESS THAN 1 CM IN DIAMETER.

Doctor I wanted to ask if my test was conclusive? Im really worried.

Regards,
Thanks

Oral sex, even if you swallow, is NOT a risk for HIV and you did not need to test.

Oral sex CAN be a risk for other sexually transmitted diseases and you should consider being tested for those.

Your tests for HIV are conclusive because you never had a risk.

I can't help but notice that you are confidently advising other members with oral sex concerns that oral sex isn't a risk and testing isn't warranted.  I strongly suggest that you take your own advice - forget about this incident and move on.  You do NOT need to test.

No, I didnt use a condom. But I had them last year and I tested negative. I had oral sex 82 days ago.
Which std's should i get tested for?
I tested negative for syphilis.
Is there any chance for HIV from oral sex?

Was a condom used both times for the anal sex? If so, no risk.

It is recommended that anyone who engages in oral sex have an STD panel every three months for prevention.

I still advise you get checked for STD's, now and on a regular basis.
