PLZ help me, im so so so scared :((

Im a 25 year old male from England and have moved to Singapore for the past 3 weeks, and exactly 10 days ago i went to Orchard Towers and had sexual intercourse with a prostitute in Singapore.
I used a condom when i had vaginal sex with her, but before having sex with her i performed oral sex on her for maybe 4 or 5 minutes.. and now im worried i may have HIV..
Iv been reading about the early symptoms of HIV since the incident happened and i think i am suffering from the same symptoms, i have a soar throat which is a bit uneasy to swallow at times, also itchy skin and a weak feeling sometimes in the muscles...

Please help me, are these symptoms of HIV? It cant be a coincident that I had sex with a prostitute and then suddenly develop the same symptoms as HIV can it? im so scared, if i have a test tomorrow is it too soon to tell if i could have contracted HIV ?

it stuns me to think how anxiety.. just thinking about something could give someone all these symptoms.. so ur saying that i could be free of any STD and still suffer the symptoms purely because i THINK i may be suffering from it?
that really does sound hard to believe.. im jus so confused :(

The mind is VERY powerful...it will even come up with "symptoms" if you worry long enough.

NO risk, no need for testing....not at all for this situation.

ok i dont mean to sound rude or anything by just wanted to drop my 2cents
basically i have seen a lot of people post on these forums regarding symptoms they have got after sexual intercourse, most of the symptoms people are describing are those of HIV and some other STD's and then u get a lot of people who come and just say things like "no danger at all, move on, u dont need a test, u dont have aids" etc

how can u guys be so sure.. how can ALLL these people who suffer these symptoms after sexual intercouse (most of them with prostitutes) be clear of HIV? and how can u guys be SO SO sure that they are clear of danger?
surely not everyone here is suffering from anxiety?!
i mean come on.. iv read on the internet that oral sex still carries a risk of hiv.. so how can u guys be SO sure that all these people suffering from symptoms after sexual intercourse (oral) are safe?

we can be SO SO sure because we know the FACTS regarding hiv!!!!

have you any idea how many ppl post these same symptoms...and never test positive?  in 17 months of being on this forum...there has only been maybe 1-2 ppl who "actually" ended up testing positive.  that's alot of symptoms, isnt it?  when someone did have a risk...we will be the first to tell them to test.  we take hiv seriously!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well the facts state that even with protection there is a 0.1% chance of catching HIV
and also that you can catch HIV from oral sex although the chances are less that that of actual intercourse..
atleast those are the facts that iv read up on.. are u telling me those are not correct?

omg...here we go again.

the reason that it states that even with using protection that there is a 0.1% chance, is because of the potential for the condom to rupture.  does that make sense to you???  you cant say that it is 100% because if the condom is not used correctly it can fail...aaarrrggghhh.
