POSSIBLE ARS IN 10DAYS POST EXPOSURE

i recently had unprotected anal sex with my partner.. we have been living together for 6 years. after 10 days of that incident i feel pain in my lower back and have mild fever... does this indicate ARS? we never used condom for the past 6 years because we are exclusive and we live in together. i know his whereabouts so i feel secured. but i am just afraid of this scenario because i felt that he is cheating on me recently..

But the main concern is, does ARS come 10 days after the possible exposure?

No, ARS starts 2-4 weeks after exposure and the symptoms you describe do not indacate ARS.  You should be tested, Wait 3 months post exposure and get your conclusive result.

Yes, if you feel like your partner may be cheating then yes you should be tested. And seeing you are not sure of your partners status still then yes, this is a risk.

My partner is a TOP guy... he has never been fu**ed. i am sure of that coz he hates it... probably if he cheats, he just gives and receives blow job.. and thats it, i am 1million percent sure of it... so if that would be the case then we had unprotected anal sex where he fu**ed me, does this scenario suggest that we were both at risk? thanks for your patience and time answering my question nick... appreciated it..

Assessing risk would be virtually impossible in the scenario you describe since your asking folks to make assumptions on your relationship and incidents that may have or may have not happened. If this is truly a devoted partner perhaps discussing your concerns may be helpful. Symptoms should not be used as an indicator of infection, test again in 12 weeks and insist on protection if you feel like your partner is being unfaithful.

Oral sex is not a risk of HIV transmission your risk was unprotected anal sex.
