POSSIBLE RISK...SWOLLEN LYMPH NODES/ABDOMINAL PAIN...PLEASE HELP

am particularly nervous in a similiar case where I had unprotected sex with two guys, one back in December and another in late February of this year. Throughout the period leading up to this time, I have had unprotected minor encounters (oral sex) with a few guys. To be honest, I am scared out of my mind. My lymph nodes have been swollen for about two months, and just recently I feel abdominal pain in my spleen and liver areas, and I have a low white blood cell count. I  had a UTI back in April, which proved to be painful, but I was able to urinate just fine, but my blood count then was 3.5, and just recently as last week, my doctor indicated it was low, but not how low. They have indicated HIV at all turns, but I'm not sure. I am only 20 y/o and I have not been that sexually active. I am really worried and I would appreciate any reassurance or assistance anyone can offer me. I am really feeling abdominal pain and my lymph nodes are persistent and not going down. I have not had any other HIV related sypmtoms, though I did experience tiredness back in late March to early June, but I am in college. Also,  I had a few canker sores and some persistent gums bleeding from whatever when I brush and its been really scary. I have not experienced fatigue or anything else.

I had taken antibiotics for my UTI back in April. Any adverse reaction to my body? And I was taken Ibuprofen for pain relief, would that cause an adverse affect on my WBC or body? Can you tell me any other possibilities for persistent lymph nodes swelling and HIV risk? I just refuse toi settle for that.

So I really need to know something. My WBC is very important to me and I would like to get it back up, so can someone help me or something. Please let me know something.

I have looked at my WBC from about three years ago and tracked it up until now, it was 7.8 back in January 05 and is 3.5 now...I mean that scares me but I mean is that substantially a major problem and how can I build it back up? I also had a decrease in my lymphocytes which were at 17 then and is at 31 now, an almost three year difference and then my lymph count is at 0.99, which low as I understand it. My breakdown now is WBC: 3.2, %Nuet:62.6, %Lymph: 31, %mono: 5.1, %Eos: 0.1, #neut:: 2.01, #lymph: 0.99, #mono: 0.16, #eos: 0.00. I am just curious, as I am now having slight abdominal pain in my spleen and liver region and I have a slight cold, but please let me know something as I am afraid of the worst still.

...and as a sexually active young woman you should get a routine HIV test, like every couple of years, symptoms or not

I'm assuming you are a girl?
In that case your risk for HIV was low, but there is no reason not to take the test, especially since you are having worries/symptoms.

I know the spleen feeling, I've gotten it to. I'm going to go to an MD next week. However, I know that HIV is not a concern of mine. Nor should it be a concern of yours either.

Yes, I have been tested once last year and had unprotected sex twice with both partners twice, both indicating they were negative. I have been healthy since and have a heathly lifestyle...not a sex fiend who sleeps with a  lot of people...

I feel a lot of abdominal pain like my spleen or liver my be enlarged, but would lower my WBC count and what effect would that be from? The pain is not making me stop working, excersising, etc. but is obviously a concern.

Am I really worrying too much...

And I don't mean to hijack anyone's threads, sorry...
