Painful Tongue HIV?

Painful Tongue HIV?

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read about my current situation.

Back in the end of May / early June of this year I had unprotected sex with a girl who is still my girlfriend anyway I digress. Soon after I got a STI and was treated for it. (she had unprotected sex with her ex boyfriend 1 month before we got together.) At the time we both got checked both tested negative for HIV. I myself went back and got tested for HIV around the middle of august with also was negative. Around the 14th of October I received for the most part a hand job from another girl and very very briefly oral sex. (To my knowledge one of her ex boyfriends has used heroin before but that information is fallible at best) since then I have however noticed that my tongue has been causing me no end of problems. it seems (from my prospective) to have a thicker then usual white/yellow/green coating at the back of the tongue. out of anxiety I often scrape my tongue with a tooth brush and less occasionally with my finger. a week or so ago I noticed that the back of my tongue was bleeding from several places only slightly and was tender. today I have again noticed that it is bleeding slightly from one area after brushing it with a toothbrush. furthermore about a month ago I noticed what seemed like a white smooth ulcer on the lateral line of my tongue which went away after about a week. and more recently a slightly swollen smooth white ulcer on my fenulum of my tongue. Which also lasted around a week then has for the most part disappeared. I went to my GP about my tongue recently and after a quick look inside my mouth he said there looked like there was nothing that needed treatment and I should just ignore it.

So After all that I would like to know does that sound in anyway like an early HIV symptom? should I be worried??
Or an I just been my usual massive hypochondriac self.

P.S Another thing which I have noticed is that recently I have had a mildly upset stomach which has lasted for a few weeks now. If any part of the above paragraph doesn't make sense please enquire further about it and I will do my best to clarify

Thanks Again

Symptoms or the lack of symptoms will never tell you your status. You can test 3 months post exposure and obtain a conclusive test result.

If hypothetically I was infected how long would be reasonable to expected the onset of symptoms such as Oral thrush?

If one has symptoms they would come on 2-4 weeks post exposure and it would not just be one symptom it would be multiple symptoms.

I suppose the million dollar question is from what you've heard should I be worried?

To late to worry now, worrying now won't fix a thing. You've already put yourself at risk.
