Panicked about possibility of infection

Panicked and still Confused
A trip to pattaya with friends ;
We visited a night club and friends pushed me with a girl; we came to hotel took shower separately. Lady was a professional and we had protected intercourse with all safety protections. However whilst turning sides during intercourse my penis came out of her vigina and condom stayed inside with condom mouth tip outside her vigina. I stopped and took shower immediately; i did not ejaculate inside or outside. She simply removed condom with her hands; she told me that we had protected intercourse and penis came out safely.
Prior to intercourse i had asked her about her health status; she told that she has very clean health and not HIV positive. She also told that i should not worry at all as she has no STDs; she regularly does HIV test every 3 months. Even she told that she is in this job from past 8 years and did not had unprotected sex with anyone except her boyfriend and they both are HIV negative.
Even though she told her entire work life and that she is not HIV positive; i politely ask her to please consider retesting with me on the same day with a clinic in pattaya. She agreed and we both went to a clinic and strip tested with negative result of both of us. Prior to this test her previous test was done 2 months back.
Her blood test was negetive i am still panicked and confused as this is my first time.
Please advise.
