Panicked and afraid

Hello,

I am new to this forum, and saw pretty good responses which help people to get out of any kind of panic situation. Thanks for everyones support.

I have a situation please help me in getting out of it.

I have been to couple of strip bars two weeks ago, and had lap dances but in an instance i have fingered the dancer for about 5 minutes or more. Later she allowed me to lick her vagina which i did about 30 seconds to a minute. From there i moved to a different club and there i fingered another dancer, i didnt have any oral contact here thought. But i kissed all the dancers.

Now i am observed weight loss for about 4 pounds and, i see some lump on my neck, not sure if they are lymph nodes. And today i caught up with cold.

Am am so much worried. Am i infected. Can i use oraquick after a week which would be end of 3 weeks of possible exposure.

Can I have unprotected sex with my gf. Is it safe or will I be infecting her?

You have NO RISK for HIV from anything you did at these clubs, and you do NOT need to test.

However, by kissing these dancers, you DID put yourself AND your girlfriend at risk for other STD's. Before kissing your girlfriend, I would urge you to be tested for STD's.

Tell your doctor EXACTLY what you did and he/she will order all the correct tests.

Protected sex with your girlfriend is OK but save ANYTHING oral, which includes kissing, until you receive negative results for the STD's.

Nothing that you described put you at risk of acquiring HIV. HIV in adults is only acquired when an unprotected penis is inserted into the vaginal or anal cavity of an HIV+ person (unprotected sex - giving or receiving), or by sharing IV needles with an HIV+ person.
If I was you, and both myself and my GF were aware of my STD status, I would see no reason to abstain from unprotected sex with your GF.
