Papercut and Semen Contact - HIV Transmission possible?

I think there are some topics that address papercut issues, but not the instance that I've experienced, so I'm posting my question here.

I had a paper cut on the top of index finger close to the knuckle. Some blood, although very little came out when I squeezed the papercut when I first realized I had the papercut. I then washed my hands with cold-lukewarm water. After About 8 hours later or so, I was with a guy and gave him hand job with lotion and he did ejaculate his semen. He of course said that he was STDFree & HIV Negative, however, I'm not too sure if any of his semen came into contact with the papercut on my index finger or not. It may have - not sure, can't recall.

I did wash off my hands within five minutes or so after him ejaculating (I think on my hands - possibly some semen may have come in contact with the papercut - not sure) with soap and warm water ( i didn't realize and had forgotten all about the papercut until later when all this was done and over with).

Please advise - the risk and how risky this situation is at all? Do I need to get tested for HIV and if so when is the earliest that I can go in for testing for HIV?

Anxious and worried :( Please advise.

an 8 hour old "paper cut" is not a sufficient entry point.  no one has ever been infected from the incident you are describing...8 hours or 8 minutes.

hiv is transmitted through...
unprotected vaginal/anal intercourse
sharing iv drug works
mother to child

I am not sure of his STD & HIV status, as I had to rely on his spoken word, hence the worry.
This situation I described above is still not risky even if the semen was HIV infected? Just a possible scenario and wondering what if that was the case?

Thank you fir your quick response and thus helpful forum fir us all!
