Papules very scared

I have had these papules all over my chest and arms for a least 2-3 weeks now and im very concerned that it is related to hiv, its been like 8weeks since possible exposure, they are round raised bumps that look like hair follicles. when i scratch them they start to flake off and become dry. Does anyone know if this type of rash is related to hiv rash? please help im very worried
