Paranoia ? or a serious risk

Ok So 4 days ago i was  at a music festival  and at 3 in the morning i realised i had a red mark on my hand(no apparent broken skin or blood) after sitting down , i checked for anything sharp but i didnt see anything , being Paranoid and under the influence of cannabis (even more paranoid) in my head the red mark was a needle that came from a hiv infected junkie , (irrational i know) Since then I have been feeling wierd things , like prickling in my hands , muscle pain in my arms and my glands have been swollen once in a while , these pains are occasional ,
- the muscle pain is listed as an acute hiv symptom , but i also was carrying heavy bags to the festival and dancing till 3 -5 in the morning
- the prickling is also listed , but is my mind playing tricks on me ?

I am also really tired ,

Is this just my imagination ? or is it worth going for a test

presuming it was a Hiv needle , what are the chances of me being infected ? like i said no broken skin just a red mark
