Paranoid or just regretful

Hey all,

Like so many posts on this forum i think my fears may lie in regret rather than reality. I am a 21 yo male who visited Bali and committed the worst thing he has ever done- sex with a prostitute. I am worried because Bali allegedly  has a super high rate (15 percent) of HIV. Condom was used--just vaginal intercourse (and frankly didnt last that long). But then I started to worry that the condom was unreliable: there were no visual tearing but I have heard that Asian-distrubted condoms are not to be trusted. It scares me that 1 in 10 sex workers i bali have HIV,,,and am considering calling off my trip to go to an emergency room or home for PEP or some treatment. Althogh there was a condom perhaps it could have entered through a cut or chaffing?? Although to my eyes, not fluid outside of condom...

It has been a very emotional 23 hours since the encounter. I am sickened with myself and am hoping that my worries are without a base. Any advice??

Facts:
- used condom for vaginal intercourse
- no visual breakage
- 21 yo, circumcised

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

Still not a risk.
