Pattaya bar girl risk?

I am a 27 year old male who had a conclusive negative hiv test four months ago. 16 days ago I had protected vaginal sex with a bar girl. During the act the condom broke. I believe I discovered it after maybe 15 seconds because the feeling changed. I threw  it away and we continued holding each other. We kissed for a few seconds and I stupidly reinserted my unprotected penis for maybe 10 more seconds and then ejaculated in her mouth. I was in Thailand 5 days and got back to my country of residence (Japan) may 9. 4 days ago I started having very watery light green diarrhea and last night started feeling a bit weak in the arms and legs. I still feel kind of weak today but have not had a bowel movement. I had the diarrhea about 2 or 3 times a day. I went to the dr and had a temp of 98.4F. Dr said to drink kefir and stay hydrated and scheduled a follow up in 5 days to see if diarrhea persists. I mentioned the Thai girl but he said we might try testing next time if you have fever or diarrhea persists. Does this sound like ars? What is my risk here? I thought it was low until I got diarrhea. I feel confident I have caught hiv from this exposure. How does it sound to you?

Unprotected penetrating vaginal sex is a risk, so you should test at 28 days with a 4th gen test which will give you a conclusive result.
Whether it is low risk or high is unquantifiable, since it is dependent on whether she even had it and numerous other things that no one will ever know,

There is no purpose in just playing the odds and not testing, because worrying forever that the 1 in 1,000,000 or whatever % you think is right will not go away so you will always have a small fear.
Symptoms are not used for diagnosis because they prove nothing, so nothing is pointing toward HIV. Try to relax and consider the test a routine exam.
