Penis Injury During Uncovered Oral

While receiving an uncovered BJ from a girl (April 2010), as she went down, her mouth injured my penis.  I felt a pain inside the head of my penis.  I went to the clinic in May 2010.  Nothing was found but they gave me some anti-biotics (5/2010).

June 2010 I went back to the clinic as I still have a slight irritation inside head of penis from time to time.  During the swab, they found NGU, but said they had to wait until the urine comes back to say whether or not its chlamydia, etc.  They gave me Doxycycline 100mg to take from 6/23/10 to 6/30/10.

NEW FACT:  Around May 28, 2010, I woke up to a pea-sized knot on the right side of my neck.  After 2 days, it went away.  I notified my primary care physician, but he said since the not went away, he was not concerned about it.

Call me crazy, but my throat feels as though there is mucus in it, sometimes it feels tight, and when I make a swallowing motion, sometime I can feel my adam's apple or it feels as though there is an object moving.  I went to an ENT (6/28/10) and they found nothing.  I have even taken 2 HIV tests.

I am scared.  I do not have any discharge or anything.  And, from time to time, I can feel the slight discomfort in the tip of my penis and the tightness in my throat (mostly when my mind is idle and it is on my mind, but nevertheless).

Can the Doxycycline give me throat irritations? My tongue even seems slightly sore when I press on it with my teeth.  Also, are my throat issues a coincidence?

Can someone provide guidance.  Please, be honest.

Thank you, LaGattaNera.  I will take your words, as well as the words of others, and try to relax.  I thank you for your time, patience and willingness to assist and educate people like me on this topic.

Again, thank you very much.

It is really very unlikely to get HIV that way. In fact HIV is not easily transmissible, unlike hepatitis B, for example. I looked up in a German medical book (it is in front of me now), that statistically the probability of getting infected during sex with an infected person is 1:100 to 1: 1000 (which should not be taken as an excuse for a risky behaviour, of course). Note, they write about unprotected sex!
First of all, calm down. I think you are HIV-phobic. I remember doing my first HIV test many years ago, it was not long after this disease was discovered. Me and my friend were finding many symptoms of it in our bodies, although we did not have sex. Feeling tired was a symptom enough). I will not be surprised if some of your symptoms come from making yourself crazy. Stop doing it. Good luck!

How comfortable can I be with a 5 week post exposure result of negative?

Off and one, sometimes for a few days, my tongue will experience tingling, hairy feeling.  Could this be a sign of infection?

Also, when would thrush/candida happen to an infected person?

Please, I value your opinion and am just trying to get some information before I take my 3-month post-exposure test.  Thank you.

Teak, I do not mean to abuse the forum, but one more thing...

Isn't it possible that if my penis got hurt in the encounter against roof of her mouth or throat, that she bled and that contact was made between both damaged areas?

Please, I only ask because around 6/30/2010 (last exposure was 5/21/2010) I see what looks like folliculitis (one) on my thigh and Internet says it could be related to decreased immune system by diseases such as HIV.  Also, I am noticing that I do itch a little more frequently.

I know you said my rapid blood testing was premature but a good indicator, but could you please just respond.  I can't eat, sleep and my body quivers at night as this is all I think about.  Please respond good or bad.  Thank you.
