Penis head rash and swollen Lymph Node in Groin

Hi ,
I had a protected sex with a CSW 6 weeks back. After two weeks i had rash on hand which was there was a week and went off after taking a anti allergic tablet.
Then after 5 weeks , I developed a rash on head of the penis and the opening of the penis is red.The rash is very small rasied bumps in red colour.Initially i observed 2 or 3 pimples on the head of the penis , later it spread to the entire haed.Along with this , I'm having swollen lymph node on the left groin.I can feel them , and it pains a while walking.I've taken these tests 4 weeks post eposure.
I've taken the following tests ,
HIV 1+2 (Ag+Ab) - Non_reactive
HBsAg - Negative
ANTI HCV ELISA - Negative
VDRL (Qualitive) - Non-Reactive
I dont have high fever , but feel feverish through out the day.Today My knee joints have started paining.
Can these be HIV infection symptoms.
Please help.Thanks

Dont worry, you are fine.  These 'rashes' are not HIV related because you had no exposure - or in other words, you wore a condom and therefore you were not at risk from acquiring the HIV virus.

Hi teak ,
Thanks for the reply. So i need not worry about these symptoms(rashes).I'm worried because these symptoms are starting one after the other after the intercourse. Also I'm afraid to go to a doctor for diagnosis , as i live in dubai. If soemthing comes up , I'll be behind bars and will be deported and would eventually loose my job.

Thanks again.
