Penis massage/ used condom

I had anal sex and the guy touched the outer the outer side of the condom (after intercourse) with his hand and then removed it.he then shagged me with the same hand by massaging my penis all over. am i at any risk since the outside of the condom was in contact with his rectum?? what else risk it might pose if any??
