Persistent Symptoms make me second guess!
I posted a couple weeks ago about an encounter with a high risk CSW.Exposure date:Oct 25th, I am pretty sure the only thing unprotected was wet frottage in the shower, i know i tried to penetrate but the position was awkward and i am almost sure i did not. We then went to the bed and We had full protected vaginal sex right before i ejaculated i pulled the condom off and she masterbated me to ejaculation. I then like an idiot took my penis and rubbed it between her wet vagina lips, i know i rubbed against her labia and had contact with my eurithra.
I know you guys say that symptoms do not indicate infection BUT, in my case they are waving big flags. about two and a half weeks post exposure i developed a dry throat, it was bad at first and then tapered off some but i stll have the feeling of needing to swallow. about a week after my sore throat started i noticed my neck glands had started to swell under my jawline(this really concerns me). I was checked for strep and the test came back negative. I have also had a couple minor mouth sores that came up and went away pretty fast. No fever and no rash.
I still have the throat issue, although not as bad and I still have the swollen neck glands i am coming up on 8 weeks post exposure.
I am hoping that I am just overthinking this thing but i am really nervous about it! What do you guys think? I know Teak has already told me i didnt have an exposure, i want to listen to that but my gut instinct is telling me I might have contracted HIV. I will be testing at the end of this week hoping for the best!

Thank you for your response, i unfortunatly was drunk when i made the terrible decision to do any of this. I am second guessing myself but i am almost certain there was no penetration, i know i tried in the shower but it didnt work out, i felt my penis go up bewteen her lips but it didnt go inside. There was penetrated protected sex and then there was more wet frottage. My concern is the swollen lymph nodes in my neck(I do find myself rubbing and feeling them a lot too) and the dry throat that has persisted for about 5 1/2 weeks. I just cant think of anything else that would cause me to have those persistent symptoms, i am on a ship at sea and have been at sea since the incident so I am sure its not mono. Just worried thats all!!! I do thank you for your time and concern, for everyone on these boards! So do you think i should be worried?? I have been more stressed than i have ever been in my life over the last two months!

Either there was penetration or there wasn't--make up your mind.Frottage is not penetration so I am leaning towards zero risk here and those symptoms aren't a red flag but more like anxiety related.
