Hi, I am a 25 year old guy from middle east, I never had sex or used any drugs (with or without needles), since last year I noticed few symptoms in myself and the reason I am asking is, my study is about to finish and I am gonna married to my fiance, I don't want to harm her so I would like to know weather I am at risk or should worry about getting infected in any ways. last year I got a bad sore throat which took few days 4-5 days which cured but not 100% and came back with sinus infection less than a month later (I had history sinusitis since high school) which after 5 days of treatment got cured, later on i recognize my Sub-mental glands were swelling (I thought it might be cancer or sth else,) then I got a small case of tonsillitis that doctors said because its nothing because of my tonsils shape it would get infected by piece of food that stock there etc.
my only doubt is about barbershop trimmer, is it possible to get infected by barbershop trimmer or kissing people, because I heard there's no chance in it regarding to the fact trimmer does not cut the skin.

plus that I lost weight which started before the case of sore throat 3-4 month before and stop and no I gained 7-8KG. ( i did not get even cold for 5-6 months)

in my regular annual check up (blood, urine) was fine and the ESR was at the level that my doctor said you did not have anything wrong with you.

now I have some small whitish dots in mouth inside the chick and small swell like you bite it by mistake, I remember I had this many time before but those dots i cant recall.

my question is could I be at risk regarding to my sexual life? and when should a person be concern about that kind of infection? the concerning symptoms?

HIV is transmited by unprotected anal or vaginal sex and from mother to infant, plus needles drugs users.  If u only have sex with ur fiancé and she only has sex with u and u know she doesnt have any stds so there's nothing to worry about it.

sharing iv drug works

you did NOT contract hiv from the barbershop.  hiv is not transmitted from inanimate objects or environmental surfaces.  it is also NOT transmitted through kissing...saliva is not infectious.

so for someone like me who did not do sexual vaginal penetration, there is no chance of HIV?

so in conclusion, if you were in my position what would be your guess, it is a normal oral (thrush, herpes etc...)? the yellowish dots I meant?
