Pimple not covered by condom HIV?

Hey all

Last year I had PROTECTED Vaginal sex with a 24 Year old CSW from China. The sex went for about 15 mins (Doggy & her riding me).

My concern is that i had a Boil/Pimple about 3 cm from the base of the penis which had been picked and popped a few times earlier that day( sex took place late that night). The pimple didn't seem to be bleeding during sex but it was still a bit tender and had a little "crater". I am not sure if the condom covered the boil/pimple 100% of the time during sex.

I also fingered her for a bit and at this time probably touched my penis (unprotected).

Questions: Could HIV infect via this wound during vaginal sex (assuming it wasn't covered by the condom)?
                  Could Hep B or C infect via this wound?
                  Could her secretions infect me during mutual masturbation?

I am waiting for my HIV/STD tests to get back to me and in the mean time cant work, sleep or function out of fear.
