Please Answer Question!!!

Hypothecally speaking, if someone were to actually have swollen glands from hiv, would the virus then become detectable?

If someone is experiencing a physical reaction due to acute hiv infection, antibodies could possibly be detected though this depends on timing of systems and testing. If not yet detectable, they mostlikely will be within a week or two being this is the bodies reaction to the infection.
