Please Help - Unprotected oral during period

This is terrifying.  I performed oral sex on a female sex worker.  I did not know until to late that she was on her period.  I swear almost immediately I started to freak out and feel sick.  within a week or so i had developed small red bumps on the head of my penis (we did have sex with a condom)  they did not (and have not) blistered and there has been no discharge.  no over the counter medication for yeast infection has made them disappear.

The second thing is a very strange blister like lesion on the very back of my throat that looks to be filled with pus.  a raging sore throat, and within a few days, a constant burning in my throat that has now spread down my esophagus.  it sort of reminds me of heartburn.  I have lost my appetite.  I do not feel well and am experiencing fatigue that is unusual for me.  I also seem to sweat easily.

The monster question is of course could i be infected with HIV as a result of oral during a period?  She swears she is clean but that has not calmed my fears.

I'm aware there may be other STD options:

Could someone please help me.
