Please Help ! Please Respond!

First of all, please do reply as i seriously need your help. On 7th Janurary 2009, i went to KFC and need to goto washroom. While sitting on the toilet, one side of my pennis suddenly touched the toilet surface (roughly half second). As i monitor the toilet surface, i saw some white liquid on the toilet which seems sticky (Dont exactly know what is it, People in our region also split in the toilets or may be it is a semen )?

Now, i am very worried that can i cause HIV due to this reason.

I have a sore throat after 7 days of this incident, may be because i ate alot of spicy food and my throat remains inflammed regularly ?

Doctor please advice ? What to do ?

I am really drving crazy after reading alot of information on the internet ?

There is NO RISK from this. You CAN NOT aquire HIV from environmental surfaces.
