Please Help Doctor! I am Scared I Might Have Contracted Hiv
I went to mexico on july 14 & i went to a strip club i was pretty drunk & i recieved unprotected oral sex from a stripper. Her hiv status i am not aware off but god knows what these girls can have. I came back to CA & about 3 days after i developed a fever it went away within a few days & had a constant need to urinate, that friday which was july 20 i had this pain just on my right side of my neck, it doesnt hurt as much that i cant move my neck but i know it isnt normal. Now that pain has been on and off ever since July 20. I have it right now as i am typing. Also about a week 1/2 ago i noticed that the back of my tongue was white and just 2 days ago i noticed that i had 2 somewhat pimple like bumbs they are like perfectly spaced between each other. I dont know what they are. Now i have been very stressed and anxious i have even cried countless times at the possiblity of me having hiv, it is always on my kind, i eat well and sleep. I also had pins and needles all over my body and aches. But i hate the fact that its always on my mind. Now i havent been sick in a long time maybe the last time i was sick was at the end of 2011. I want my mind to be at peace & i know for a fact that i wont be able to wait until the 3 month mark to test for hiv. Does this sound like it could be a std? Its gonna be 4 weeks tomorrow since my possible exposure can i take a test that will be accurate or close to 100% regarding my hiv status? And im worried because i have these symptons they dont just happen right? And also seeing stuff on google is making me freak out even more. There has to be a reason. What are my chances of having hiv? She had a tongue ring. Idk if she had any cuts in her month and my penis didnt have any. I am very scared & paranoid. This is only my second sexual encounter & believe me i really regret it & its a huge wall up call for me. Please help!
I know i am a pain in the neck with all my questions and issues but teak do you reccomend me taking a duo test at 4 weeks? I know i had no risk and you can tell me that all day but understand me please! Im willing to spend money as long as my mind is set to rest but taking that test is the only thing that will make me 100% certain i have no hiv. And i only remember tiny scenes from that night in the private booth with the stripper. God i hate this.

You have been told now several times that you had no risk.It might help to see a therapist for your phobias.

I have some last questions & that will be it. Hopefully my anxiety doesnt take over.I spoke to dr hook & i told him that frottage was involved with the stippers panties on, he said no risk. So i looked for lymph nodes locations on google. Yes i am that scared. I was only able to locate to by my collerbone. They were squishy & fairly movable. Now i am scared to even try finding even more. 1 question. I want to take a test regardless but i am afraid of testing false positive it will destroy me, since dr hook said i made have gotten mono. Will that affect my test result? I know i hve no risk but i think thats the only thing that will ease my stress and anxiety. Wouod y ou recomend me to test at 4 weeks? What test do i take for close to 100% accuracy? 2. Pain in my neck is still there & today i was swimming in my pool & when i would swim the pain would disappear but then return after i began thinking again. Can that pain be related to stress and anxiety and over thinking? 3. In my throat i dont really feel a disturbance while swallowing, but i believe i have a lump a tiny one, is that bad? Also. some mucus gets stuck in my throat and i have to force it out by spitting. My mind is always playing tricks on me, making me believe other things happened that night & i hate it. I am very positive no insertion occured my private dance was over cause the security guys from the strip club came in just as i was putting a condom on which was on the wrong way. My neck looks a little bit out of place. My lymph nodes in my neck are probably swollen. Please understand guys. I am very scared. If there wasnt anything wrong with id feel perfectly fine but i dont so something isnt right. Today in the morning i was laying down and under my chin it where my tonsels are it was really hot. I am so scared. Plz guys help. This isnt normal i know something isnt right. Sorry for bugging so much, you guys just dont know i feel. as far as your tongue is concerned...how many times have you EVER stuck your tongue way out and look at the very back of it? my point is...sounds like a normal tongue...you just never examined it.

Ok but why do i have symptoms that are like hiv. For example the pain on my neck? Seems like a swollen lymph node, i understand it could be related to the stress and anxiety but sometimes it just there for no reason. And my white tongue with sorta pimple like bumps at the very back, i dont think stress and anxiety causes that. I am still concerned and i know i shouldnt be.
