Please Help I am in trouble.

Last time I posted that my penis came in contact with the ejaculated fluid of the sex worker.  But actually i was consideing the wost case.  Actually there was 3 encounter which was just licking and kissing the body and breast.  the 1st 2 times I did not ever opened th pant also.  Only the third time i only streatched her vaginal area 1 or 2 times then kissed her body.  I then gave the hand job to myself with the same hand. I also remember that there was no fuid contact with the hands also there was no cut or pore or any broken skin contact while i was kissing.  Also there was once 1 or 2 drops of milk went into my mouth.  But now i have tested and found syphills.  Now I am very affraid that both hiv and syphills have same mode of transmission.  and if i am contacted with the std it is quite possibe that hiv would also have .  I know that this is not std forum.  But i want to question with both combine hiv and syphills.  please comment on this.   I know that this i just hiv forum,  But I definetily know that you all guy allso have knowledge of the other std also.  Please help me do I require testing for hiv.  help me??????

As you were told in your previous threads you do not have an HIV concern nor do you to testing.

You only need HIV when your penis was inside her vagina and/or anus without protection for even a second. Otherwise no need to test.

There's a separate forum for STD concerns here on MedHelp.
