Please Help Teak

Teak - 7 days ago I had protected insertive vaginal sex with a CSW and performed unprotected oral on her.  When i took the condom off I noticed there was some blood droplets on it.  I am concerned about my exposure.  In addition to the guilt, anxiety, and depression I have felt since, I have gastro issues (bloating, diarehha, etc..).  Is that a sign?

Your symptoms are due to anxiety. They have nothing to do with HIV. Because you did not have a risk. Protected sex is safe sex.
