Please Help! Terrified

I am a 17 year old male and am absolutely terrified. Around November I was at this party and was having a few drinks. Picking up a random glass, I took a sip. The next day I seemed to develop flu like symptoms such as a fever and a cough.  A few days later I also developed a tongue ulcer with a whitish outline on the left side of my tongue. The flu symptoms lasted for about a week. However the ulcer keeps coming back and sometimes I will get more than one of my tongue, which may grow or quickly disappear. I have been taking some Vitamin B pills but they are still coming back. I know this may just be paranoia but its consuming my life, to the point where I am constantly worried and becoming kind of obssessive. Could this be an HIV infection? Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much everyone. It just seemed strange that the tongue ulcers only came right after I got the flue like symptoms. I guess after hours of researching and thinking over the possibility of some type of bodily fluid being in the drinkI started to think the only answer was HIV. This has honestly helped so much and for the first time in months I feel relaxed. You guys are great people, thanks again

HIV is transmitted through...
unprotected vaginal / anal intercourse
sharing iv drug works
mother to child

HIV is NOT transmitted through casual contact, sharing eating utensils / glasses, or drinking / eating after someone.

Stop worrying right now because its not justified. You had zero risk of hiv exposure from your situation because hiv is very fragile when it leaves its living host.It becomes inactive and thus unable to infect. Also protiens and enzymes in saliva render the hiv virus inactive aswell.Your safe.Your symptoms sound like the flu, thats all.Anyway, take care and move on with your life.
