Please Help...

Here's my story:
I gave one oral sex to a man on 5th Jan, without ejaculation in my mouth , but I am very sure I tasted some pre-cum, which I spit out and washed my mouth after the whole activity, I didn't feel any hurt feelings during the whole process, and I didn't  see any blood in my spit either, my mouth condition was good (at least I didn;t feel any uncomfortable condition in my mouth). But I may had some cracks on my lip, the cracks that didn't cause any pain or blood.

After 4 days, I began to have sore throat, and then two days after this, I began to have some unstable fever, usually my highest body tempreture will be around 38 celsius at afternoon or early evening, at other time, my body tempreture stays normal. And I noticed I started to small red spot on my chest, not in great dimension and numeber but one or two more spots in a day or two.

I am now pretty badly freaked out ....am I at risk  if the man I had oral sex is HIV+ and the virus level was at the peak value in his body ?  Do I need to test ?

Thank you very much for answering ~ I am now more relaxed, but my symptoms are so like hiv, and my throat condition becomes worse and worse, does the presence of those symptoms mean anything ?
