Please I need an expert to reply my question

Hello, I've several question please I need a clear answer

CDC recommends 6 monthes test for HIV, but I want to know if these just guidelines or they have found some people won't test positive unit 6 monthes?

2- is that right the 4th generation test which is antibody/antigen test will be only accurate in 4 to 6 weeks?? Is that right antigen will not be found after 6 weeks? So anyone did 4th gena test after 6 weeks it will be just looking for antibody like the 3rd generation test?

3- how accurate RNA HIV test after 60 days Negative and then antibody test in 93 days and another one in 110 days is that enough or need more tests to be 100% sure?

CDC guidelines on testing out six months are for special cases of people who's immune system is already gone or severely compromised.  Like transplant patients taking anti-rejection drugs or advanced stage cancer patients on chemo.

Over 99% of people will test positive at 3 months according to CDC which is outdated info.   Current testing is more sensitive.  Closing the gap to 6-8 weeks.  I personally recommend 8 weeks for accurate results.  Others will say 6-8 weeks.

Yes.  4th gen Duo test are conclusive at 4 weeks according to CDC.
Yes. Antigens are the beginning stage of antibody production.  Once the antibody has been produced the antigen is replaced.

Your 93 and 110 day negatives are more than 100% conclusive.  You do not have HIV.
