Hi I'm hiv negative went to blood bank cause I was inform that I didnt have to tell that about raped cause i'm negative . they ask men and men sex but I was raped so i said no cause my tests are negative and I wanted too know if there was something wrong with me wont by law they have too let you know and called the health dept . I talked to them they said they will let you know right away or they will be in big trouble if something like that happen . I have been tested out too one year from this raped .Like I talked to other people told me you dont have too say nothing long you are not at risk...
