Please advise

12 days ago I went to an adult massage/sex parlor in Amsterdam. I did not receive oral sex or have intercourse with the woman. But during the course of the massage, when we were both naked (no condom), she sat over me (with me on my back) and was gliding her vagina over my penis area. It was mostly over the shaft, but the tip of my penis did come into contact with her vagina several times, including perhaps touching inside the outer folds of it several times. There was no real/full penetration at anytime. I have no cuts, abrasions or sore anywhere on my penis. And prior to the massage, we both took a shower (not sure that is relevant).

Since that, I have been worried and anxious about having been exposed to HIV. I can't think straight, I can't sleep and anxiety is overwhelming me over this lapse of judgment. To make matters worse, 2 days ago I developed a sore throat and am now coughing up green/yellow phlegm and feel pressure in my ears. No rashes, lymph node swelling or fever (I do feel tired though), however. Out of panic, I got an HIV test yesterday and it was negative (I know it is way too early to be conclusive).

What is my risk here? Is my sore throat possibly an ARS symptom? Timing of sore throat seems so coincidental that it is scaring me. It is the middle of summer here and seems like a strange time to get colds/sore throats. Having said that, I do have a history of getting respiratory infections and have had sore throats and sinus issues all my life.

It is hard for me to think rationally when overcome with this much anxiety so any detailed responses to my questions would be really helpful. Thank you so much.

Thanks. So if it is just tip of penis rubbing against the folds of her vagina a centimeter or so in, there is nothing to worry?

The penis head touched the folds of her vagina. It did not fully enter.

your penis head must enter inside the vagina to have a risk..if you entered, then test..never enter means no risk so no need to test

You mean unprotected penetration where entire penis is inserted into vagina and not just tip? Thanks. (Last question from me)

No. You have to have unprotected penetration to be at risk. Frottage is not a risk.

Thanks Teak. I won't keep asking questions but would be grateful if you could answer this one. I guess it is no risk because virus does not survive outside of body, but in this case if the tip of my penis is touching the inside the outer folds of her vagina, isn't that a risk because that part is not technically exposed to outside air?

I am sorry if this sounds stupid or crazy but my anxiety is overwhelming me right now.

Please respond. Thanks.
