Please assess my risk

I had receptive anal sex with a stranger one week ago.  We used condoms.  After climaxing once, he took off the condom, masturbated with his own (plentiful) semen for about 1 minute to get hard again, then slipped on a new condom and resumed.  The base of his penis was glossy and there was heavy spotting from my anus after the encounter.  There may have been some semen on the condom as well.  What are my chances of HIV transmission in this scenario?  I have no way of ascertaining this person's HIV status, but he didn't strike me as one to be too safe about things.  Please help, the anxiety is terrible..  Even my allergy symptoms are scaring me!

Because a condom was used.

Thanks for the response. That's very encouraging.  I would still welcome multiple opinions, or perhaps an explanation of the mechanics behind why this doesn't merit concern. Thanks again!
