Please explain for me, I am very anxious.

1 I heard that HIV will not be infected through the digestive tract, because the digestive tract contains protease. But I know that there is no oral cavity, and the mouth is also a member of the digestive tract, which is not very contradictory? 2 so, if the mouth is damaged, why eat a mix of blood will not be infected with AIDS?

NO ONE has ever been infected with HIV like that.  Please read the TWO ways I posted above.  You will never get HIV any other way.

I don't understand your question.  WHY are you eating blood??

Oral sex is not a risk.  I don't know who told you that, but that isn't correct.

HIV is transmitted by 1) having unprotected, penetrative anal or vaginal sex, or 2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.
It isn't transmitted by oral sex or by having blood in your mouth.
