transmission.
Having gone through various articles in the internet, i got tested after the maximum window period mentioned of 6 months.
The test was ELISA
scare caught back since i came to know about delayed seroconversion taking more 6 months in some cases to produce antibodies.
My questions
1) Does it take longer to seroconvert if the mode of transmission is through Saliva.
(I am not aware of the oral conditions of us both so i am worried about the transmission risk since i have Oral
Herpes)
2) Is the 6 month test conclusive and should i re-test again, if there is a possibility of False Negative.

Seroconverting time has nothing to do with the mode of infection. It only depends on how healthy your immune system is. 3 months is now definitive so 6 months is like super duper definitive, even if your immune system was pretty much kaput. No more testing, get some sleep :-)
