Please help. I am very anxious

Dear friends
I had an unprotected sex with a man on 17th September, I am a gay guy. I have taken some tests after the encounter. In week 12, I took a hiv duo test in a clinic in the uk. The result was negative. The newest test I have done was on 9th January 2014, this was a rapid serum test , the result is negative. However, since yesterday, The jaw lymphatic swelling and pain are killing me. More than that, the muscles on the legs and arms even the stomach are jumping but not painful. Dear all, please help me that how can I consider these abnormal phenomenon, are they hiv related?
