Please help again.

Dear all, I took a home test at home on the 40 days after sex. The test was a rapid finger blood test, the result seems like a positive result. After that, I went to two different hospital to do tests again immediately, all the results ca r back negative including a rapid test, a duo test and a pcr test. The last test I did was 112 days after sex, it was also negative, could I identify the home test as a false positive result? And is 112 days long enough for acquiring an accurate result? Do I need further testing? I posted before but gave a wrong information, my last test was took 112 rather than 140 days after sex, is it still convincing? I am so worried, please help.

90 days after exposure is when you can obtain a conclusive result. You have that. You don't have HIV.
