Please help im scared and stressed out

        
           HEY EVERYONE

Iam a 21 year old male, last oct i was messin around with this chick,i didnt have sex with her because i didnt have a condom,but we did fooled around. We was doin alot of kissing  she gave me head,and she  got on top of me and was grindin on the side of my penis,but i wasnt inside of her though.


Exactly 3 1/2 weeks almost later i started getting these weird symptoms,my tongue was white, i had a sore throat,on the both side of my tonsils i was very red like a rash and it looked like it was spreading,i had lil red bumps at the back of my throat,i had line on the side of my cheek rite next to my tooth where i got a filling at but i thats been there before i mess around with her ,my stomach started to get upset.

So then i started to google the symptoms that i had and it all related to hiv i got really scared so i went to doc on dec 2,took a culture test and a hiv test,the hiv test was negative and the culture test showed that i had small amounts of strep bacteria in my throat so the doc gave me some antibiotics for it.2 months later my throat started to get a lil sore again and a tingeln feeling at the back of my throat  and the rash by my tonsils was still there and i looked like it was spreading a lil so i went back to the doc took another culture tst and it came out negaive for strep i also started to get these lil red lesions under my tongue and by cheek i got real scared to the point i thought i had hiv,and i mean SCARED my stress levels were up the roof,and my level of anxiety was all over the place.I also started to get these lil sharp pains all over my body it didnt hurt but it was very irratating iwas really dizzy i also got this blackish blemish on the upper corner of my mouth.


So on macrh 25 i pulled my self together and decided to get tested again,i took a rapid blood test,and THANK GOD it came out negative for hiv, since i mess around with oh girl its been 147 days,but my tongue is still on top and on the side i get these lil patches on the side of my tongue but i kan scrape them off ,rash by my tonsils,lil red lesions under my tongue, and one on the side of my tongue,and my throat get alil sore when i brethe in cold air and yea i for got to mentioned i had red blood vessels in the back of my throat.

So after all that is it safe to say i dont have hiv i mean it was 5 months and 8 days since wen i got tested that was a month ago but now im at the 6 month mark and i scared to get tested again can somebody plzzzzz help me any info would be nice thank you.

Thank you for your reply teak i appreciate it,but mind u i didnt have a condom on and alot of people say that if ur tongue is white on the side its oral hairy leauplakia,but it not not really whit like the pictures i hav saw,except when i get lil patches but i can scrape em off i dont kno im so scared and confused i dnt kno wut to do but what kinda keepin me together is my 5 month and 8 day negative test,but i still have doubts

is it ture if u had a viral infection and if u get tested wit a rapid blood test at 5 month and 8 days could it be a false negative,somebody said that it could throw the test off
