Please help me

Hello,

I am a 30 years old man and i had a one night stand with a sex worker almost 4 months back. I found my condom was broke twice. Now i am having a white spot on my left side of the throat near the tonsil. But there is no swallowing problem no swelling of glands and no fever. Only feel little irritating inside the throat(left side) and little inside my left ear. I was very tensed and I found the girl again 3 days back then I asked her whether she is having any infection or not. She told me that she does not have any thing as because she is having a child and at her child's school they have done the testing of both mother and child and it was found -ve one moth back. But still I am in big tension because the problem that I described above is still pursuing from last 10 days and on 2nd June I visited one doctor he gave me a 5 days course of medicine and told me that I am having a tonsil infection, but still there is no recovery. Every day my tension is increasing and I am really afraid of getting tested. Please help me out....

Thank You
