Please help me
first i am ma 30 boy, nov 15 i had anal sex with a man of unkown status, after one month i feel abdominal pain and and penis tingling, i used Ammoxcellin and nothing change i told my doctor and he prescribed me Doxcelin when i used it i feel abdomenal swollen and when i told him he said stop it and change Ogmantin but all nothing change, after that i feel anxiety about hiv and i searched the symptoms of HIV from internet and when i read after i feel every symptoms.
sore throat, Neoropathy (tingling and numbness for every where on my body) i feel all my lymph nodes tender(groin and armpit) , skinn rash, white lines of my gums,
After 2month i visited a doctor and checked my lymph nodes and he said there is no lymph nodes my be it's only tender from anxiety he taked from me blood test including P24 marker and i become negative he only get Gastric ulcer and ASOT and he gave me medicine but nothing change.
After that i made a sex with my whife and after few days she feels more headache and sore throat then lymph nodes and she become pregnent and the New born babby who has breastfeeding become sick.
After that i become veery very anxiety and scared and 4 months i take blood work including Herp C,B, p24 marker and syphilis ESR nothing infection show, they said all negative but still you have Gas ulcer and ASOT.
Still my whife feels nearopathy and Nails pain and also she have mascle pain and all her lymph nodes tender. me also i have neoropathy and lymph nodes tender and also my new baby feels hands and legs pain at night and he can't sleep and he is crying at night.
please help me me and my whife we are very scared and anxiety.

now it's 8months leter and i take crp/pcr abd asot they all become negative and i am still filling some of the the symptoms that i have told you before, lymph tender,sore throat, oral thrush and neoropathy
