Please help me

I had protected vaginal intercourse with two CSW back in 2005, i am not proud of that, I do not remember experiencing any HIV early symptoms post exposure, Not sure thou, However in the past five months after my wife give birth to our third baby; I have been having sore throats, enlarged tonsil’s that never goes away- I went to a ENT and told me that I have chronic tonsils infection because smoking-, flu with high temp 99 - 100, I remember having diarrhea that lasted for one day, my wife have had two virginal infections and my new baby seems to have stuffy nose all the time and now he is having an ear infection.
My questions are what was my risk, do i need to get tested and dose this sounds like HIV.

Well then I would speak to her doctor and explain your fears. Guilt is the biggest fear you have now the fear of the what if's  also the fear of explaining that you were with CSW's and what it might do to your marriage and that is coming into play. The Doctor here in the states have to keep thing private even between spouses not sure of your country polices are. Good luck.

The best thing ot do is test today. Find a testing center that give results today. Like teak said you had protected sex. Rememeber aslo that if a woamn in the united states is pregant they usually run hiv testing as a standard practice. Testing is the only way you are going to feel any comfort, Testing is for peace of mind only you were protected plain and simple.

You had protected sex. Your problems are not HIV related.
