Please help need advice

I had exposures on 16th December 2013 in India then i went to Uzbekistan on 2nd Feb where i had exposure then lastly 2 days back i had last exposure.All three exposures are identical in a  sense that i took oral first from SWs where firstly i had kissed their boobs a lot then  i took condom protected oral for about 10 minutes then with same condom on we had sex for about 15-20 minutes.I can be assured that the condom breakage because during sex i kept on checking the condom and after sex i even filled the condom with tap water to check the breakage and could not found water oozing out hence can be sure about that the condom did not break.

In uzbekistan i though kissed the girl and also took oral unprotected for 2-3 minutes.On last exposure 2 days back in India there was problem in erection first but some how i got it and had taken oral as well as had sex with her.Here i would like to mention that when after sex during checking the breakage of the condom my hands got in touch with her vaginal fluids and then when i took the condom out i masturbate my self to relieve myself, but at moment her fluids from my hands could have touched my pennies had hence i am very worried.

Also i would like to tell you that i had noticed one red bulging bump on right shoulder since yesterday no other symptoms right now only little bowel momevents i had yesterday,please help and review my situation,kindly help.

Thanks but the red bulging dot that is worrying me,its only one which is still there on the right shoulder, though i dont have any major other symptoms,I am worrying about her vaginal fluids getting touched with my hands and in turn i myself masturbating with the same hands.Wife is insisting to have sex with her but am denied for two days and very confused over this shameful acts i have been indulged.Please guide Thanks
