Please help so worried

Hi im 19 year old straight man I am concerned i may b HIV positive when i was 6 i played with a syringe not sure the exact details as i was so young, and i also had unprotected sex at 17 on a first encounter. I have had a long term girl friend of over 2 years and she has recently broken out in spots on her back with a rash on her ***. She has also had brown discharge days after a period for the last 3 months, but all these things have only just occurred. We have both been faithful in each other and can gurantee she has not had unprotected sex with anyone else please respond as im going crazy :(.

you cant diagnose hiv by symptoms... but what she is experiencing is not indicative of hiv.

anyone who has had unprotected sex should test to know their status.

Again thanks for replying and I have booked an appointment i just either wanted to prepare myself mentally or be a little more at ease im just so scarred for her sake i couldn't imagine the pain i would cause if its the worst case scenario. Do you think anything of what i said could indicate HIV?
